Another great resource was www.verywellmind.com

      On this website www.verywellmind.com, I learned about many self help subjects like meditation, controlling your breathing using the box method, how to cope with gaslighting and stress, and mainly looked for anyway to improve my brain function or self for the better.  It was helpful to me but didn't seem to catch the eye's of the support network I really needed validation from but I still learned something from each and every article.
